Change Requestor

The Requestor field contains the address of the submitter or customer, that is, the one who should receive the response. It can be useful to change the requestor in a ticket, for example, if the submitter asks you to use a different email address. 

To edit the reporter, you need to go into the People field. You can find this either on the dashboard in the ticket or on the menu bar at the top right. Here is how to open it from the dashboard. 

  1. Open the People field

  2. Select Requestor (1), then enter the email for the requestor (2) and click Save (3).

  3. To delete a requestor, you need to check off the ones you want to delete (1) and then press Save (2)

Add CC Recipient

Adding a CC recipient works the same way as adding a new reporter. There are two different CC recipients, Cc and AdminCc. The differences are described below: 

CC AdminCC
  • You will receive responses from and to the requestor.

You will receive:

  • Responses from and to the requestor.
  • Comments between case handlers
  • Any changes to the queue
