Request Tracker (RT) at UiO

What is Request Tracker (RT)?

  • RT is UiO's case handler system. 
  • The service is used for both external and internal inquiries. 

Inquiries come to RT via email, but you can also register tickets directly in the system when receiving phone inquiries, personal visits, and similar.
