Your annual research budget are funds that you may use to support your research activities. The following guidelines were adopted by the Head of Department on 28 January 2025, and the amounts allocated for personal research budgets may be adjusted at the discretion of the leadership.

The procedures are intended to ensure that all applications for external funding at the Department of Philosophy, Classics, History of Art and Ideas (IFIKK) are academically and administratively quality-assured, and approved by the department management prior to submission.

The Research Council of Norway (RCN) has implemented an open-ended call for FRIPRO applications. IFIKK has its own process with internal deadlines for all applicants.
