A new version of Problem Set 4 has been uploaded, with a clarifying box in Problem 2. Nothing in the original task or solution was incorrect, and you do not need to check or redo anything—especially if you already solved the set without issues. The box is there because part b allowed several valid choices of detection vectors, and for some of those choices part c did not work as stated.
