Our graduates are permanent employees from day one, so you’ll have access to all the benefits that are available in your country of work.
The programme aims to give you a good overview of Equinor to see the big picture of how we need to work together to reach our goals. It focuses on cross geographical collaboration and cross business area understanding.
You’ll develop and build your career through on-the job-training and development sessions and gatherings. You’ll also have structured tailored learning with access to courses offered by Equinor university. A buddy and mentor will be there to support you on your career journey.
Positions for our Graduate programme 2026, will be posted 1 August with application deadline 7 September 2025.
Summer internship program:
If you are a student interested in a career in Equinor or the energy industry, our summer internships enable you to gain hands-on experience in your chosen discipline.
The programme spans seven weeks and gives you a broad understanding of Equinor's strategy and operations across oil and gas, renewables, and low carbon solutions.
Your time will be split between working within one of our business areas, taking part in learning and development activities, and delivering a group project with several of your fellow interns (the group project does not apply to US interns). Our internship is office based, but you will have the opportunity to work between home and office if agreed with your leader.
