We look for academically rigorous students that have a passion for something, whether that be sports, student organisations or other extracurriculars.

We look for a wide range of experiences, but appreciate courses of studies that shape a strong business acumen or analytical thinking skills. We accept both Bachelor's and Master's degrees

This is what is it like to be newly hired in our company

We offer both internships and full-time roles. In both, you will undergo an onboarding with your peers. We pair up all candidates with a buddy that will support you throughout the interview process and as you progress at Bain.

We strongly believe in the apprenticeship model, so you will also be assigned a mentor to help guide your steps in addition to all the people you will encounter on your case teams. Part of the apprenticeship model entails that we expect to teach you all you need to know as you enter Bain, but we expect new hires to be curious, hardworking and keen to learn
