Due to my sickness and inability to come to the university physically, our regular lecture on February 18, 14.15-16.00 shall take place ON ZOOM ONLY. There will be NO physical teaching on that day. Dear all,

I am glad to inform you that the new UiO guidelines were now issued. With these new guidelines, the 1-meter requirement for distance has been abolished and that the teaching rooms are given full capacity again. It means that, from now, we are to terminate our access restrictions with registration routines for the physical teaching. You can come to participate in physical teaching without any prior registration from today onwards. However, given the continuous high number of sickness cases, we will simultaneously continue our hybrid teaching for the rest of the semester.

Dear all,

We are supposed to move to physical teaching in February. Unfortunately, the room assigned to us - Auditorium 3, SB - has only 53 places, while the number of students signed up for this course is 76 persons for now. Under such conditions, the only plausible solution is hybrid teaching, with physical lectures being simultaneously broadcast via Zoom. We will thus have to practice hybrid teaching from February 4 onwards, and we need to decide who will come to the auditorium and who will follow the classes via Zoom on distance. In this connection, I suggest that these who would prefer participating in physical classes, should sign up for physical participation from February 4 here - https://uio.instructure.com/courses/37789/groups#tab-7634  at their earliest convenience. The course teaching will be held digitally until the end of January. Keep a close eye on the Canvas room for important information about the teaching. The Zoom link for the lectures/seminars will be made available in Canvas.

The digital multiple-choice test in Canvas based on the obligatory reading list and classroom teaching contents will be available from 10.00 on March 21 (Monday) to 16.00 on March 22 (Tuesday). For these who fail it, the second (and last) attempt will be available from 10.00 on March 24 (Thursday) to 16.00 on March 25 (Friday). The test will consist of 5 multiple-choice questions.
