Hva er inhabilitet?
? v?re inhabil betyr at det foreligger omstendigheter som er egnet til ? svekke tilliten til din upartiskhet i vurderingen av masteroppgaven.
Som sensor er du inhabil:
- n?r du er i familie med eller relasjon til masterkandidat, veileder eller medsensor i henhold til forvaltningsloven § 6 punkt a-e.
- n?r du har hatt et tett faglig 篮球即时比分_nba比分直播-彩客网重点推荐 (f.eks. felles publikasjoner, presentasjoner, veiledning) det siste ?ret med veileder eller medsensor, og de siste tre ?rene med masterkandidat.
- n?r det foreligger s?regne forhold som er egnet til ? svekke tilliten til upartiskhet.
Det er sensor selv som m? vurdere egen habilitet, men veileder b?r gj?re en generell refleksjon rundt habilitet n?r man sender ut sensor oppdrag til intern og ekstern sensor. Merk at habilitet ikke kun handler om egen evne til objektiv vurdering, men at andre ikke skal ha grunnlag for tvile p? vurderingen.?

I vurderingen skal det blant annet legges vekt p? om avgj?relsen i saken kan inneb?re s?rlig fordel, tap eller ulempe for deg selv eller noen som du har n?r personlig tilknytning til.

Question of disqualification
Being disqualified means that there are circumstances which are apt to impair confidence in your impartiality in the assessment of the master's thesis.
As an examiner, you are disqualified from assessing the master's thesis:
- when you are in family with or related to the candidate, supervisor or co-examiner in accordance with the Public Administration Act § 6 point a-e.
- when you have had a close professional collaboration (e.g. joint publications, presentations, supervisory activities) within the last year with the supervisor or co-examiner, and within the last three years with the candidate.
- if there are any special circumstances which are apt to impair confidence in your impartiality.
The examiner must assess their own impartiality, however, the student's supervisor should reflect on whether the internal and external sensor is qualified. Be aware that impartiality is not only about one's ability to make an objective judgement, but also that others should have no reason to doubt that judgement.
Disqualification based on special circumstances
When assessing disqualification, due regard shall be paid to whether the decision in the case may entail any special advantage, loss or inconvenience for yourself or for anyone with whom you have a close personal association with.
The assessment of disqualification should pay due regard to and attach importance to the following*:
- personal interest in the outcome of the case
- close professional collaboration
- close personal friendship
- personal or professional conflict
- personal ownership – shares, etc.
In the assessment of close professional collaboration, a comprehensive and discretionary assessment must be made. How close and extensive the collaboration has been can be assessed based on the number of contributors and role, scope and time aspect.
Decision concerning the question of disqualification
You shall decide whether you are disqualified. If you are disqualified you must report immediately to the studies coordinator. If in doubt, contact the studies coordinator for decision.
When considering the question of disqualification the following general questions may be asked*:
- Are there any circumstances pertaining to the matter that may impair or be assumed to impair my professional judgment?
- Seen from the outside, are there any circumstances pertaining to the matter that may impair or be assumed to impair my professional judgment?
- Is there anything in my conduct that is apt to diminish confidence in the final decision?
