Step-up level: This course builds on the foundation level IDEA course. While there are no prerequisites for this Step-up level Idea to Innovation (I2I) course, a basic understanding of the Design Thinking methodology is expected. You can work on your own innovation idea during the course; however, you don't need to have an idea (yet) to join the course.
Learning outcomes: Over the course of 3-days, you will be building a solid innovation project based on your own research using a variety of tools, including e.g. opportunity statement, prototyping, stakeholder mapping and interviewing, competitive analysis, assets management, and academic innovation strategy. You will be actively working together with and learning from your peers along the way. On the end of day 3, you have the opportunity to pitch your innovation project to members of the innovation ecosystem in Oslo for valuable feedback and first connections.
Registration opens on 10 August with registration deadline 17 November.?

Potential next steps from here: Upon completion of this workshop, you will have a well-structured innovation project and development plan, which is a great starting point for writing an innovation grant to obtain funding for further development. You are also very welcome to start working 1:1 with an innovation adviser at the UiO Growth House.
